White dial, applied gold Breguet numeral hour markers, two subsidiary dials: constant seconds at 6 o'clock and 24 hour second time zone at 12 o'clock, black oxidised minute and hour hands, a gold hand for the second time zone, an 18k Yellow Gold 29mm case, stepped bezel with smooth upper and fluted lower, winder and two pushers to control the local time zone (forward and back hour controls) all set with blue cabochons, and a classic pin buckle, a Patek Philippe black leather strap, manual wind movement and sapphire crystal glass.
