Return III – Original Work-on-Paper

A small original work that brings the shifting light, depth and calm of nature into a room. Created after Lucy returned to Aotearoa following time overseas, Return III reflects her renewed awareness of our distinctive light and landscape. Layered blue and turquoise create a sense of depth and movement, while the flashes of gold catch changing light throughout the day. Its intimate scale makes it easy to live with—in a quiet corner, beside a bed, on a shelf or as part of a larger collection.
