Slavia Prague 2025/2026 Third Shirt
SLAVIA PRAGUE - THIRD SHIRT 2025/2026 Slavia Prague are one of the grand old names of European football, founded back in 1892 and based in the Vrsovice district of the Czech capital. Known affectionately as the Sesivani, meaning 'the stitched ones' after their famous red-and-white halved shirts, they play at the Eden Arena (officially the Fortuna Arena) in the east of the city. Their fierce rivalry with neighbours Sparta Prague fuels the Prague derby, one of the oldest and most heated fixtures anywhere in the world. Managed by the long-serving Jindrich Trpisovsky, Slavia were imperious on the domestic front in 2025/2026, storming to the Czech First League title with 80 points from 35 games (24 wins, 8 draws and just 3 defeats). This striking third shirt accompanied a league campaign of real authority, one in which the red-and-whites rarely looked like surrendering top spot to anyone. Europe proved a much sterner test. Back in the Champions League league phase, Slavia dug in for goalless draws against Atalanta and Athletic Club and a spirited 2-2 with Bodo/Glimt, but heavy losses to Inter, Arsenal, Tottenham, Barcelona, and Pafos left them 34th and eliminated. Closer to home, their Czech Cup run ended in the quarter-finals. The main marksman was the towering striker Tomas Chory, who finished as the club's top scorer with 17 goals across all competitions, leading the line with exactly the sort of old-fashioned physicality that Slavia crowds have long treasured. His goals, spread across the league and Europe alike, made him the focal point of a side built to dominate at home and to hold its own on the bigger stage. Follow the club on X: @slaviaofficial
