Details Sizing Brand Info The "Amami Dorozome" collection from Studio D'artisan is a limited series of garments dyed on the island of Amami Ōshima using the traditional Japanese dorozome (mud-dye) technique. A centuries-old method, it combines vegetable tannins with iron-rich mud to produce earthy tones unique to each piece. This short sleeve shirt is cut from a cotton-linen canvas with a lightweight yet dense tactile. After mud dyeing, the shirt is washed thoroughly, revealing a subtly wrinkled texture and broken-in feel that will continue to soften over time. Crafted in Osaka with a straight hem, single chest pocket, and natural corozo nut buttons.
