Its refined bouquet combines fresh fruit with delicate yeast aromas. Dry, fresh and beautifully balanced, it is perfect as an aperitif, with appetizers and first courses, or throughout the meal. It can also age gracefully for more than three years from disgorgement.Ageing/Vinification: After lightly crushing the grapes, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The sparkling wine base is then aged in steel tanks. Finally, it undergoes a process of tirage and is subsequently refined and evolved for many months on leesVineyard: Made from Chardonnay grapes cultivated on the Sardagna Estate’s sunny hills located at the slopes of Monte Bondone, near the city of Trento, an excellent growing area for sparkling wines.
