After we receive and inspect the ECM, we flash it and return them with express shipping. While we cover the shipping costs, any additional broker fees (though rare) will be your responsibility. The process typically takes 4-6 business days, with an additional 2-3 days for return shipping. Power Levels Available: Stock: No additional power, with clean tunes and minimal smoke. Stage 1: Adds 40HP over stock while maintaining clean running and minimal smoke. Stage 2: Adds 50HP over stock, with more power and slightly more smoke. Important Installation Notes: If your PCM was previously tuned, revert it to stock before applying this tune. You must also unplug all EGR/DPF/SCR/Adblue sensors and remove the Adblue/SCR PCM to avoid triggering error messages. Removal and Installation Instructions for Mercedes Sprinter DPF delete tuning: Clear all error codes from the dashboard. Turn off the ignition. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the ECM. After removal, label the ECM with your order number, vehicle model, and year. Important Notes: This is a special-order item with no refunds or cancellations. Make sure to clear all DEF/DPF-related error codes before sending your ECM, as ECU tuning doesn't typically clear those codes.
