As our first-ever button-lock folder, this knife is built to tackle any task with confidence. It fits comfortably in hand and is compact enough for everyday carry. After identifying a potential issue with the lock mechanism in the original GMP12 batch, we issued a voluntary recall. Each affected knife was thoroughly inspected, repaired, and re-certified to meet our highest standards. To clearly distinguish these updated models, we've added an “S” to the name—GMP12-S—where the “S” stands for “Secure.” This designation confirms that the knife has passed our most rigorous quality control process. There are a limited number of GMP12-S knives available. Once they’re sold out, the design will be discontinued. Please note: the GMP12-S is available exclusively on the GiantMouse website and will not be offered through our app or dealers. For more information about the recall, click here.
