Organic Katterman Garlic (Pre-Order)

Pre-order for Organic Katterman Garlic. The garlic produces large cloves with 4-5 cloves per head and grows well in cold climates; it is an easy and vigorous grower. Katterman is a hardneck from the porcelain family. Food garlic bulbs are under 2” diameter Seed garlic bulbs are 2” and larger diameter In Maine I harvest the scapes in late June, and bulbs in late July, then plant seed (the large cloves) again in late October/before the first frost. This is currently a pre-order. Total numbers still need to be sorted for both eating and seed garlic but there should be plenty available. Pre-order will close mid September 2026. Orders will ship mid September-mid October, though smaller quantities for eating size bulbs may ship sooner. Message with any questions or concerns. Also available for on farm pick up.
