Core Sample Pendant by Jess Bischoff

Sterling silver pendant and rhodium plated sterling silver chain. 22" curb chain, 1.8mm wide, the chain has been customized so that the pendant is on it permanently. The pendant measures just over 67mm long and has a diameter of approx. 4.5mm. Related to my interest in Martian astrogeology, this pendant is inspired by specific research gathering processes associated with NASA's Mars Exploration Program: drilling and core sampling. Please note that no two of these pieces will be identical; each one created will be unique, as that is the nature of the handmade technique/process used to create them. Collection Jess Bischoff
