Seamus Tweed Jacket - Green Herringbone

The Seamus is a field jacket built with the structure of a tailored coat. Cut from Moon's premium Yorkshire woven tweed, it is shaped lightly through the waist. The difference between a jacket that looks considered and one that looks borrowed. Moons have been weaving in Yorkshire since 1837, and it shows in the cloth: tight, even, and dense enough to hold a collar and a shoulder without help, antique brass throughout, bellow pockets that take a pair of gloves without straining, soft moleskin where the collar and the placket meet the skin, and a layer of inner wadding through the body and sleeves. Warm enough for a morning on the land, tidy enough for lunch afterwards.
