Coup de Foug Blanc IGP Vin des Allobroges 2024
A blend of Altesse and Jacquère sourced from an organic grower in Motz, in northwest Savoie. The varieties are harvested and vinified separately, beginning fermentation spontaneously with indigenous yeasts before finishing in neutral 600L French oak barrels. After full malolactic fermentation, each variety ages separately for 11 months before blending. Bottled without fining or filtration.
