A fine pair of Platinum, Cultured Pearl & Diamond Drop Earrings. Circa 1950

A very fine pair of Platinum (tested) and 18 ct. White Gold, Pearl & Diamond Drop Earrings, each Earring is "Rub-over & Collet" set in a Quatrefoil design with four Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds, with three further Diamonds to each of the articulated Diamond drops, these in turn support a fine "Round Cultured" Pearl which is suspended from a Diamond set cap (six Diamonds to each), both on post and screw fastening butterfly fittings. Diamonds assessed as approximately 1.55 carats, H - I colour and VS2 - SI1 clarity. These earrings are accompanied by an Independent Gemmologist's report confirming the above assessment. Overall drop measures 3.3 cm.
