BARDSTOWN BOURBON BLENDED DISCOVERY SERIES 2026 KENTUCKY 750ML

Bardstown Bourbon 2026 Discovery blends three bourbons aged 7, 10 and 11 years, which were then rested for four months in garryana oak barrels. Each barrel was custom-made and hand- toasted for three hours by Oregon Barrel Works to unlock additional layers of spice and complexity. Summer aging was chosen for maximum extraction, and the whiskey was then gradually proofed before bottling. Layers of decadent, toasted oak are supported by burnt sugar and baked apple cobbler. The balance continues on the palate with dried cherry and cinnamon bark, leading to a long, warming finish accentuated by the rare garryana oak flavor.
