Kenya Ndaro'ini
Flavor Notes | Plum, Oolong, Cacao, Grapefruit Growing Area | Nyeri, Kenya Process | Fully Washed Variety | SL 28, SL 34, Ruiru 11 NDARO'INI is produced by the Ndaro'ini Farmers Cooperative Society. Most of the grower members of the co-op harvest from plots no larger than a single acre, which creates significant challenges finding buyers. By collectivizing, they are able to gain better access to advanced processing equipment and can combine their yields to secure more profitable contracts for their coffees. This coffee is delightfully sweet and complex, with stonefruit acidity and silky base notes of semi-sweet chocolate chips. As the cup cools, the acidity brightens and floral, tea-like flavors come to the forefront. Net Weight: 12 ounces / 340 grams Fresh roasted, ships on Mondays and Thursdays via two-day priority mail
