Agape Palomino '25

For his newest addition, Dan presents an unforgettable Palomino that is to be loved unconditionally. Grapes from an almost-forgotten Piekenierskloof vineyard planted in 1976 were picked and whole bunch pressed into 500ℓ old French oak barrels where they spontaneously fermented and were left on gross lees for 10 months before bottling. Agape is a wine of both character and freshness—bright lime leaf and Cream Soda lead an ensemble of honeydew, green pepper, lemon verbena, and sourdough across a lean & textured palate.
