A colourful vegetarian paella filled with roasted seasonal vegetables, butter beans, peppers, saffron and herbs—cooked slowly so the rice absorbs every bit of flavour and develops that all-important crispy base. Join us for a laid-back Thursday evening on the patio, with Spanish wines, beers, vermouth and accompaniments available throughout the evening. Suitable for vegetarians.
