Our life coach will be here to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. During these sessions, you will.. 1. Identify the Roadblock Pinpoint exactly what is stalling your next leap—whether it’s a deeply ingrained personal trauma or a snag in your strategy. Your career coach will help you identify it. 2. Resolve the Roadblock If you do not slay your dragon, it will keep coming back in different forms. You might be solving a problem with a bandaid solution but our goal is to guide you to a permanent fix. 3. Start Building Move from "ambition" to "action" with a bespoke roadmap tailored to your specific career goals. 4. Be Trained & Molded You will be trained and molded to be a decision maker, a thinker, and a builder as you journey towards your goals. Career coaching is for you if: -You’ve realized that your business or project can’t grow until you do. -You’re ready to stop looking at why things happened in the past and start focusing on what you’re going to build next. -You've hit your ceiling and want to grow more. -You know WHAT to do, but you don't DO what you know. -You are at Point A and want to be at Point B. Pricing: We sell 3 sessions at the price of Php9,500 at 2 hours per session. You will also have an additional assessment session so your coach can determine how best to coach you. Do know that progress differs per person. Some clients may take 3 sessions to identify a roadblock and some may be able to at 1. Progress is different, but progress in and of itself is the only thing that matters. Our goal is to take you from this: -Working hard every day but feeling like you’re spinning your wheels without actually moving forward. -Making choices based on fear, people-pleasing, or old bad habits. -Putting 10% of your energy into 10 different things and wondering why nothing is actually growing. -You are not progressing in your goals. -Unsure about your purpose/mission in life. To this: -Have a clear, actionable strategy so you know what to do to produce results. -Master the skill of decision-making anchored in your core values, not your fears. -Identify and sharpen your unique strengths -Move past the "thinking" phase and start physically achieving the goals that have lived in your heart for years. -Have the courage to take on what seems impossible.
