Susuwatari 15cm PVC Hand Fan

These fans are double-sided, with the same image on both sides. They are made of flexible frosted PVC with a plastic handle and have a tassel on the end. The artwork is mirrored on either side and features an illustration of a sootspirte (susuwatari) holding a Japanese sugar star treat. The fans are about 15x15cm size excluding the handle. The handle itself is 12cm long.
