[Preorder] 96B (Sleeve of 3)

Estimated Landing Date: End Jul 96B - Anoxic Natural 96B has been serving Liberica since 2016, long before the current hype. What began as a side project in Ho Chi Minh City grew into Vietnam’s leading Excelsa specialist. In 2022, they expanded to spearhead their own project, now called Excelsa. Anoxic Natural is the first drop of the 2026 crop and forms the foundation for the experimental lots to follow. Ripe cherries were fermented in PE bags for 120 hours, then dried in two phases: three days of drying followed by two weeks resting in PE bags, before a slow dry-down to 12% moisture. The dried cherries then rested in a dark room for four weeks before hulling.
