For particularly challenging nights or children who urinate heavily, you can add an extra bamboo or hemp booster (available separately) to further increase absorbency. Use & care tips 💧 Before use: rinse the nappy 2–3 times before using it for the first time. After around 10 washes, it will reach its maximum absorbency — it is normal for it to absorb less at first. 🧺 Washing: 40–60°C, max. spin speed 1,000 rpm. Fold the Velcro fasteners inward before washing to prevent them from catching on other garments. ❌ Avoid: fabric softeners and stain removers — they leave a film on the fabric that reduces absorbency. Do not tumble dry. 🌦️ Drying: air-dry outdoors or in the sun. Sunlight also has a natural sanitizing effect and bleaches stains. 🧵 Loose fibres after the first few washes are normal — they are part of the natural settling of the bamboo fabric and will disappear with subsequent washes. ⚖️ Nappy weight: 192 g — compact and lightweight, even when carried in a bag.
