It is made from solid Sapele, a naturally dark hardwood, so the deep colour is the wood itself rather than a stain. The two full-width drawers give you more closed storage than the drawer-and-shelf version, which suits anyone who would rather keep everything out of sight. Each drawer carries a solid brass bar handle with a knurled finish, the pair lining up to draw the eye across the front. The dark Sapele is topped with white Corian, a hard-wearing solid surface that wipes clean and copes with a working bathroom. It fixes to the wall with the floor left clear, which keeps a smaller bathroom or cloakroom feeling open and the floor easy to clean. The cabinet is solid wood, not veneer over MDF, so it stands up to bathroom use and can be re-finished over the years rather than replaced. Made to your size in 600, 800 or 1000mm, or a bespoke width. The Corian top is left undrilled, so your plumber sets the tap to whichever sit on basin you choose. Basin and taps are not included.
