Hearth Tallow Candle

Making the perfect candle is hard no matter how you roll the dice. But getting the perfect ratio of Tallow, Olive Oil, Beeswax and soy is a tedious task. And my intentions were not just to make a candle, but to give folks a full sensory experience. Tallow candles were an ancestral way to light the home. It also provides a soft wax that can be used on the skin! We smoke the wax with Cedar heart and Juniper then melt it down with organic Olive Oil, grass fed Tallow and Local beeswax. We finish it off with a mix of Absolutes, Concretes, Olioresins, Essential Oils and a touch of 100% Natural Fragrance Oil to help with scent throw and to give you a true, smoky fire crackling in a warm cabin kind of woodsy scent. Main notes are Cedar smoke, juniper, birch & pine sap, pipe tobacco & vanilla.
