Wilton Hill 2022

Wilton Hill is sourced from an Eden Valley Old Vine Clone Shiraz vineyard planted 1965 at 480m altitude on top of the Barossa Ranges. The bunches are hand selected and partial whole-bunch fermented with gentle foot-treading and basket-pressing. The vineyard's unique soil profile is a mix of shallow sandy loam and orange clay over limestone, ironstone and rose quartz.
