This all butter fine pastry is made and rested in the traditional manner using only the finest ingredients. Pre-rolled for your convenience and using enriched patisserie butter it will rise up rich and airy for flaky, golden, baked goods. (Keep it stashed in the freezer to pull off easy pies, tarts, vol-au-vent, pastries, galettes and palmiers.) Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Butter, Water, Egg Yolk, Yeast and Sea Salt.
