A combination so classic, it’s fit for hop heads both old and new. Emerald Bae is our yearly staple West Coast IPA, no fancy flair, just drinkability and letting the hops shine. With a base of North American Pilsner malt and a touch of wheat for body accentuation, this IPA is treated with a firm bitterness, a full body, and a dry finish. Dry hopped with our house citra, mosaic, and simcoe with a kiss of cryo from each variety. Leaping bright aromatics of citrus, earthy blueberry, rich hop oils. 6.8% ABV
