The tapered profile and curved edges of the Joni are striking, but the real beauty lies in its lacquered eggshell finish. Featuring a masterfully unique crackled look and natural variation, every inch catches light beautifully. Our lacquered eggshell pieces are made from locally sourced, upcycled eggshells that have been cracked, placed, painted, buffed, and polished by hand. Once the fragments have been laid, layers of lacquer are applied, offering each piece a distinguished sheen. You may also notice that some shells have discoloration or irregular spots, making every finished product completely one of a kind.
