FORM (01): SUNDAY

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 13 | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM FORM (01) marks one year of Open Form. We're celebrating with a weekend of music and gathering, honoring the people who have shaped the space over its first year and what comes next. Sunday, we're highlighting the creativity that has shaped us. We'll have art books on display from Gensho Books, flash tattoos from @trashtatz (booking here), and retail offerings, including the launch of our Open Form t-shirt. Additionally, we'll be offering our FORM (01) weekend-exclusive menu including bastani ice cream, matcha and spritz specials, and a specialty tea service. We'll be giving out mini floral bouquets with purchase of tea service (while supplies last). 11am-7pm free 21+ open form 500 e pike st. suite 200b
