Our brand new Mango & Coconut Mousse Cheescake. Crispy dessicated coconut & white chocolate base, coconut mousse filled with sharp but sweet mango curd. Summer in every bite. Suitable for a gluten-free diet. Please note that despite our best efforts to avoid cross contamination of allergens, there may still be a risk of this occurring as all our products are made in the same bakery. This platter is not suitable for someone with a severe allergy to gluten (coeliac). Serves 6-8 portions.
