1/8 inch Linen Stay Cord Remnants

This 1/8 inch Linen Stay Cord is matched to an original linen stay cord that we studied. It was left as a token for a Foundling in 1760 and had been dyed red. It measured 2 yards in length and still retained it's metal aglet for lacing! Stays rarely survive with their original lacing, which makes this even more exciting. Our 1/8 inch Linen Stay Cord is an undyed & unbleached natural color. Sold by the Yard only. Pairs well with our 18th Century Aglet.
