Functional DetailsThe 10XG04 storeroom function provides secure, key-controlled entry from the outside while permitting unrestricted exit from the inside. The latch bolt is retracted by key from the outside or by the inside lever at all times, and the outside lever remains fixed. Outside lever is always fixed. Latchbolt operated by key outside or lever inside. Inside lever always active for immediate egress. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed.
