Chocolate Masterclass- Cacao 101- Introduction to Craft Chocolate on Saturday August 22 at 1pm

Cacao 101: Intro to Craft Chocolate This is our regular introductory class to craft chocolate, and it is the best first class to come to. In this class, we will learn about where cacao comes from, how cocoa beans become chocolate, how to taste chocolate properly, and what makes craft chocolate so special. Be prepared to taste some extraordinary single origin dark chocolate bars. Class starts at 1:00 pm in the store. Please arrive 5 minutes early to check-in for the class. Your ticket will be waiting for you when you arrive. Note: we suggest you bring a water bottle to class.
