BSG OWN™ contains only naturally occurring vitamins in a rich, fully autolyzed yeast base, is compliant with USDA/NOP regulations for organic winemaking and has been reviewed and accepted by the CCOF. Contains: Yeast hulls, yeast extract, and vitamins. Contains no inorganic nitrogen (DAP). Use 1.25g per gallon for high risk fermentations, or 0.5g per 10ml for yeast rehydration.
