Sour Blackcurrant Lavander

Sour Blackcurrant Lavender is a bright and refreshing sour ale that brings together two bold but surprisingly balanced i ngredients – blackcurrant and lavender. The blackcurrant adds a direct, fruity tartness with plenty of j uicy depth, while the lavender softens the overall flavour with i ts delicate floral notes, adding elegance and a subtle aromatic twist. We didn’t choose just any lavender – just like in our Lavender Gose, we sourced it locally from Levandule pod Řípem, a l avender farm in Židonice, right here in our region. This local i ngredient gives the beer not only its distinct character but also a story we’re proud to share. The result is a light, dry and highly drinkable sour ale with a truly unique aromatic profile.
