Premium Selection – premium olive oil from Istria, 500 ml

The Premium Selection is our most robust oil and comes from the estate’s oldest trees. They stand 250 metres above sea level, where the nights are cooler and the fruit ripens more slowly. You can taste the result immediately: a pronounced bitterness, followed by a peppery heat in the throat, and above all a fresh, grassy aroma reminiscent of young herbs. This is not a restrained oil. It is made for people who want to taste olive oil, not just use it. Those familiar only with mild supermarket oils will experience for the first time what an extra virgin olive oil made from hand-harvested, diverse varieties can be. We offer exclusively the 500-millilitre bottle, directly from the family farm in Istria, Croatia.
