Add in our High Performance Cookers and the patented technology for high speed boiling, you will be able to perform better than anything else on the market! Our trailers are typically built with a high powered crawfish cleaner and TWO of our (100-140 gallon) commercial cookers, that can hold 8-12 sacks of crawfish in each. With our tunnel tube bottoms, and the crawfish cleaner, this setup is able to clean and boil approximately 400-800 pounds of crawfish (or other foods) per boil. This enables our rig to produce approximately 800-1,600 pounds per hour. Starting price for a 16 foot trailer includes our base unit as well as the Platinum Options package below, and is priced at $15,300! (Note: Utility trailer provided by customer.) You will need to secure the base utility trailer and deliver it to us with a 30% deposit on the total build order for us to order raw materials and get the unit in our production line.
