Keel

Keel is a sculptural ring inspired by the structure of a zip tie, reimagining a disposable industrial fastener as a permanent wearable object. The design preserves the tension, repetition and tapered profile of the original fastening mechanism, while transforming its utilitarian form into a refined piece of jewelry. A subtle sandblasted finish on the interior adds contrast and texture, completing its clean industrial appearance.
