Beverly

Inspired by the tree-lined heights of the Blue Island Ridge, with notes of moss, white oak, and amber. Perched atop the Blue Island Ridge, Beverly is the only neighborhood in Chicago that can truly be called “hilly,” sitting on the highest point in the city. The Rock Island Railroad arrived in the 1850s, drawing generations of Irish families whose heritage endures today through the lively South Side Irish Parade. Beverly is also home to extraordinary architecture, including houses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and Walter Burley Griffin, preserved within the Ridge Historic District alongside more than a century of South Side history.
