Khadlaj Icon Eau de Parfum is the UAE house Khadlaj's take on Chanel Bleu de Chanel L'Exclusif. Same bergamot-lavender opening, same incense-laced heart, but the base splits. Where the original goes sweeter and slightly floral, Icon skews drier. Suede pushes ahead of sandalwood for a leathery-woody finish some will prefer. More resinous than polished. Best for cooler evenings, from office hours into dinner.
