No. Standard scaffold/wind netting is a lightweight mesh for containing dust and debris on the outside of scaffolding — it is not rated to catch a falling person. Measure the full hazard area (e.g. the roof void or fragile-sheeting bay) plus enough overlap onto solid structure either side to anchor the net securely — a competent person or your site safety supervisor should confirm the exact size and fall clearance for your job.
