Fixing any crystals Should this honey crystalise or go a little cloudy, please be aware this is not a flaw, but a natural process that happens to all honey products. It's just a sure sign that you're not eating enough of it. To remove crystals, tip out the liquid contents out of the bottle into a pot and gently heat for 2-5 minutes. Stir well, and do not bring to a boil, as that removes more liquid, leaving more crystals. Leave to cool down before pouring the honey back into the jar.
