Join Rosa Rojas for a workshop series that starts with an attitude of playfulness, and transforms materials from separate entities into a beautiful finished product. 2026 dates, all on Saturdays from 1-3pm, include the following themes: May 30: Upcycle old totes: Upcycle a canvas tote with a new design, add a message, or some bling, or both! June 27 Leather cuff: Learn to stamp and stain leather to create your own cuff. Add your message, make a statement! July 04 Upcycle jewelry: Upcycle unused jewelry or thrift store finds. Aug 29 Leather key fob: Learn to stamp and stain leather to create a key fob. Add your message, make a statement! Sep 26 Upcycle old jacket into a new bag: Upcycle anything made from old thick or heavy fabric into a usable tote bag. Patterns will be provided. Oct 31 Leather mask: Create a custom leather mask that speaks to who you are or the characteristics you’d like to embody Nov 07 Beaded bracelet and earrings set: Select beads based on their cultural background or healing properties. Beading kits to choose from include clasps, findings, and stringing materials. You may also choose to buy brass beads or pendants from the shop.
