Raw Seaside Cheddar

Every time a slice of this cheese is cut, tidelines of the finest seaweed appear; a hint of organic activated charcoal at the base reminds us of rocky coastlines, and splashy rockpools followed by smokey bbqs. This is another of our delicious raw cheeses made using our organic milk from our unique herd of A2, grass-fed cattle. It's a real showstopper melted over smoked salmon, fish pie or chowder, jacket potatoes, egg dishes, humble toast, our sweet-tasting pork burgers, or our grass-fed beefburgers - and don't forget, our cheeses 'always do melting moments magnificently'. ... Enough to make any salad sparkle and every cheeseboard smile, just like the seaside! We use only the best seaweed we can find - organic Emerald Isle Seaweed from the Irish coast, sustainably harvested and gently dried. It's high in vitamins & minerals - notably dulse, sweet kelp, Irish wakame, and kelp kombu.
