2025 Rosé of Carménère

"What came out of that press surprised us." Whole cluster pressed with zero skin contact, this is Carménère minus its most recognizable trait: the herbaceous, savory edge that defines the red. What's left is something lighter and fresher for everyone. We stopped making it in 2019 when those vines moved into our red program. Now we have Carménère again, and we know exactly what to do with it. The 2025 Carménère is a long overdue return.
