Known for one of the coolest cellars in Puligny-Montrachet, Alain Chavy produces wines defined by freshness, purity and lifted aromatics, with a strong sense of mineral expression and finesse. Pale gold with subtle green reflections. Nose is elegant and perfumed, showing apricot, gooseberry and a distinctive flinty, slate-like minerality.
