SOLD Rare example of an early wooden handle alpenstock or light ice axe used mostly for hiking made In Austria by Stubai in mid 1900's .The alpenstock has a fully forged head and iron spike and the wooden handle has excellent patina . Dimensions : Length 34 inches and the size of the ice pick is 6 inches. Excellent display item.
