Clear, citrine colour. The nose reveals aromatic freshness with notes of lemon, orange blossom, wet stone and dried herbs. On the palate, it is tense, saline and with vibrant acidity. The delicate structure and marked minerality reflect the clay-limestone soil from which it comes. Long, precise and dry finish, with a slightly iodized touch.
