One of Tinui Food Forests top sellers. The Tomato Relish is made from the heritage tomatoes that are grown onsite in the Food Foresto. The relish is a thick, chunky, and savory-sweet and is made by simmering tomatoes, onions, vinegar, sugar, and spices (including a hint of curry) until it develops a rich, jammy consistency.
