Head coaches who want to understand what their strength program should look like. Position coaches who influence their team's training. Strength coaches working with the football program. The material assumes you have working experience in a strength setting and moves at a coach-to-coach pace. Do I need to know the Conjugate Method before attending? No. Bott teaches the principles from the ground up before he gets into football-specific application. If you have read Book of Methods or run a max effort day before, you will move faster, but a coach new to conjugate can keep up. I'm coming from out of state. Any logistics I should know? The clinic is at Westside Barbell in the Columbus, Ohio area. After you book your seat, we will send a confirmation email with the exact address, parking notes, and hotel suggestions. The full clinic ends by 3 to 4 PM Saturday, which leaves time to drive home that evening if you are within 4 or 5 hours. Will lunch be provided? No. There is a one-hour break from 12 to 1 to eat on your own. There are options within a short drive of the gym. Is the clinic recorded? No. This is in-person only, built around live coaching, demonstrations on the floor, and direct Q&A. You need to be in the room. Can I bring an assistant coach? Each ticket admits one coach. If your assistant is coming, they need their own ticket. Capacity is capped at 30 total, no exceptions. What should I bring? A notebook and pen. Comfortable clothes if you want to step onto the floor during demonstrations. That is it. Will I get to see the gym in action? Yes. You will spend the full day inside Westside Barbell, and parts of the clinic happen on the platforms where the work gets done. What is the refund policy? Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. Inside 14 days, the ticket can be transferred to another coach but is not refundable.
