Caterpillar Yellow Equipment Paint - (Waterbase) Waterborne - Easy Cleanup - Spray or Roll/brush application
The Better Way to Apply CAT Yellow Standard solvent-based paints are a headache. They’re expensive, the quality is a coin toss, and the cleanup is a mess. We decided to fix that. Our waterborne Caterpillar Yellow isn't just "eco-friendly"—it’s tougher than what you're used to. It’s built for the outdoors, standing up to UV fading and the kind of impact heavy equipment takes every day. Why this is different: Tough as Nails: Applied straight from the can, it creates a rugged, textured finish similar to a bed liner. It’s built to take a beating without scratching. Insanely Versatile: Heavy Duty: For that impact-resistant shield, use a pressure cup gun like the 3M Accuspray HG14. We recommend the 2.0mm (Red) nozzle for the best results. Smooth Finish: Thin it down 50% to 80% with distilled water for a classic look through a standard spray gun. Quick Fix: Grab a brush or roller for fast touch-ups right out of the can. Optional High-Gloss Protection: If you want extra shine or an added layer of armor, you can top-coat it with a urethane clear coat. This works over both the textured and smooth finishes. Pro Tip: For the best clear coat bond, apply one light tack coat followed by 2–3 wet coats. No Toxic Mess: It’s waterborne. That means no harsh fumes while you’re working and easy cleanup when you’re done. Fair Pricing: You shouldn't have to pay a "specialty" premium for paint that actually works. We’ve kept the cost lower than traditional solvent matches. It’s durable, non-toxic, and goes on exactly how you need it to. No fluff—just better paint.
