This helps me avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste, but it does mean items are not sitting on a shelf ready for immediate dispatch. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks, although my production partner advises allowing up to 30 business days for delivery, especially during busy periods or international shipping delays. Shipping is international. Shipping prices are set by the manufacturers and fulfilment partners, and the fees are passed directly onto them. If your shipping total seems unusually high, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to suggest the most sensible option, especially if an item is not produced locally to your region. Returns and exchanges Because this item is custom made-to-order, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or variation, or providing an incorrect shipping address.
